1 ) A diploma in art and craft is a 2 year diploma/certification course in the subjects of art and craft.
2 ) It is open to all interested in art and craft and have completed their 12th class successfully.
3 ) This is a beginner’s course in the subjects and can be a useful point in the resume when applying for jobs like teachers, art instructors, etc.
4 ) Art has always been an important part of Indian heritage and culture. This course advances one’s knowledge of the same while simultaneously imparting skills in the field.
5 ) The library complex possesses a hall and provides various learning resources for the faculty and the teachers. There are two main sections of the library: the main hall and the internet facility next to the office of the chief librarian. The main hall houses a collection of 28,000 books and various journals. Most of the books and journals are related to art and craft and allied fields and written by authors of international repute. The library subscribes to 14 internationalart and craft journals and 20 national art and craft journals. Apart 5 ) from theart and craft books, the library has a collection of encyclopedias, dictionaries, Islamic encyclopedias, English and Urdu novels and poetry. The Internet facility is the newest addition to the library complex
